Worthing Girls are a friendly bunch of girls who just happen to love getting muddy.
We train on Tuesdays from 7.30-9p.m, and on Sundays usually from 10.30-12.00 although this can vary depending on whether we have a match.
We always like to have new girls come along and join us. Just turn up and give it a try, all you need at first is some boots and a gumshield; contact us on girlsrugby@worthingrfc.com
Our coaches will help you to develop at your own pace, and make sure you get to take part in matches when you feel ready. Some girls play just for fun, as an excuse to get muddy, have fun with friends, while others go on to play rugby more seriously. England Roses player Amy Wilson-Hardy started her rugby career at Worthing, and six Worthing Girls in U16s were selected for Sussex last season. 4 of the squad were also selected for the prestigious Ultimate Rugby 7s Academy.
